Hi there! Thanks for stopping by.
As a Smart Property Owner, you can generate income and maximize your property ownership or residence through short term rentals like AirBnb and VRBO. As a Renter, you also have the opportunity to generate short term rental income, and I will share tips and tricks with you on how to engage with your landlord.
At a young age, I was introduced to the residential real estate market by my parents. While I didn’t realize (or appreciate) it at the time, they were introducing me to an entirely new world, and helping to shape my future opportunities. I never imagined being a short term rental host, but once I got started, I realized this was only the beginning of my adventures in rentals as a Smart Property Owner, and started me on a path towards being an AirBnB Super Host, and a love of all things remodeling (well, almost all things) and hosting.
It can be daunting to get started with your own short term rental. Believe me, I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way. And I am happy to share all the lessons I’ve learned, including how get started, how to effectively market your home, how to maximize your photo opportunities, how to grow your income over time, how to become a super host, and how to make it a win-win for you and your guests. And most importantly, how to create a revenue stream that will give you freedom and flexibility. Imagine being paid to go on vacation!
These adventures have grown from a side hustle to a thriving business and source of income. I’m excited to share lessons I’ve picked up along the way with you.
